In her own words

My career has taken me across enterprise technology, consulting, business operations, and the fitness industry. Those experiences taught me to look beyond job titles and study the patterns that make organizations stronger.

I did not build my professional identity around one industry. Looking back, that became an advantage.

Each role gave me a different view of the same challenge: how organizations respond to growth, complexity, uncertainty, and change.

The industry changed. The principles didn't.

Every career teaches a few convictions.

01

Technology taught me systems.

Working in enterprise technology and data environments taught me that scale depends on structure. When systems are weak, execution becomes dependent on individual effort. When systems are strong, capability becomes repeatable.

02

Consulting taught me transformation.

At Deloitte, I worked across enterprise transformation, delivery governance, data and analytics, Agile execution, and stakeholder alignment. Consulting taught me that transformation is not sustained by presentations. It is sustained by governance, discipline, and the ability to translate intent into execution.

03

Operations taught me execution.

Business operations changed my perspective. In operations, every decision has a consequence. Growth, retention, sales, service quality, team accountability, and customer experience are not theories. They show up every day. That experience sharpened my belief that organizations do not become stronger because they have better ideas. They become stronger when those ideas are converted into operating discipline.

04

Writing taught me reflection.

The Boardroom Lens began as a way to document what I was observing. Over time, it became a discipline of its own: asking better questions, identifying repeated patterns, and translating experience into ideas that remain useful.

Looking ahead.

My work today sits at the intersection of governance, execution, organizational capability, and business performance. The objective is not to chase trends, but to understand what helps organizations remain strong over time.

Every organization grows. Not every organization becomes stronger.

That observation continues to shape everything I write, publish, and build.
